Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults and children over 4 years of age, take 2 teaspoonfuls daily, after a meal. For post menopausal, pregnant, or lactating women, take 3 teaspoonfuls daily, after a meal. For children under 4 years of age, take 1 teaspoonful daily, after a meal. For infants, take 1 teaspoonful daily (may be taken undiluted, mixed with infant formula or fruit juice). Shake well before using. Refrigeration is not required.
