SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Fill your Neti Pot with warm water and a heaping 1/4 teaspoon of pure, non-iodized Neti Pot Salt. Stir until salt is dissolved. Add 1/2 dropper full to the prepared solution. Increase or decrease the amount based upon your personal preference. Shake to insure even distribution of the oils. Perform the nasal wash as directed in your Neti Pot instructions. Do not use if safety seal broken. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended to be swallowed or ingested. Avoid contact with eyes. Use only as directed on label.
