Supplement Facts:

Recommend:
Place 1 dropperful into your Netipot with warm water and a heaping 1/4 teaspoon of pure, non-iodized salt (use a slightly rounded 1/2 teaspoon for coarse varieties like kosher salt). Stir until salt is dissolved. Use to perform the nasal wash as directed in your NetiPot instructions.
