When should I use it? Drink one cup prepared with two tea bags, 3-4 times daily between meals when experiencing nervous or queasy stomach. Directions: Brew Well to be Well For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over two tea bags in a ceramic cup. Cover cup and steep 10 minutes.
