Heat therapy:(Microwave) Place on paper towel in microwave and heat on high for 2 min. CAUTION: Microwave power differs.Touch test the PAC with your hand for 1 min. If it is to hot for comfort, let cool until it reaches comfortable warmth. Heat therapy will last up to 40 min. or more. To Reheat:Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. Conventional oven: Wrap in foil ,seal edges, heat on cookie sheet at 225 (preheated) degrees for 150min. Cold Therapy: Place PAC in sealed bag and put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Cold therapy will last approximately 30 min. or more. The Pac may be stored in freezer. Tip: For extra mobility, secure PAC to body by loosely wrapping an ACE bandage around PAC and body area.
