Supplement Facts:
The Happy Toes are intended for relaxing only; not to be used as footwear. Warnings: Do not heat the Happy Toes in gas, toaster or conventional oven. Do not wash inserts. Do not reheat until completely cooled down. (approx. 1.5 hour) Although moist heat is known to be therapeutic, it can also be more intense than dry heat. Make sure to test for your own comfort level. Those who are less sensitive to heat or who have circulatory problems, paralysis, nerve damage, diabetes or skin rashes should not use the product without first consulting with their doctor. Do not overheat. Do not heat if wet. Use only with adult supervision.

Directions for Heating: 1. Open the velcro flap on the sole of the booties and remove the scented warming pouch. 2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. 3. Test the temperature on the inside of your arm for your own heat tolerance level. You may notice moisture on the Happy Toes, this is due to the natural effects of heating rice. This moisture creates a deep therapeutic effect for your enjoyment. 4. Shake the pouch to distribute the heat evenly and reinsert into your Happy Toes. Booties stay warm for up to 45 minutes. You may also microwave the entire slipper without removing the warming pouch. For best results wear with cotton socks.
