Directions: Body weight and tub size is important. Use 1/4 to 1/2 lbs. of salts per bath water. Add water to tub, then add salts accordingly. Allow salts to dissolve 2-4 minutes. Relax in bath for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with clean water, using no soap.
