works, but leaves my hair a little dry

I like the way this conditioner makes my scalp tingle and it seems to help dandruff somewhat. However, it does not moisturize or smooth my hair as much as I would like. I have long wavy hair, and when I use this conditioner I also have to use a leave in smoothing/conditioning treatment or my hair gets very tangled.
