All Natural Nasal Spray Directions/Usage:
1-2 sprays in each nostril 3-5 times daily. The mild burning sensation (approx. 5 seconds) is harmless and helps moisture the mucous membrane. Wipe clean, replace cap after each use.
Not recommended for infants & small children. Do not spray in eyes, mouth or ears.
